Registration
& Profile Setup
Register an OWNIMA account and complete your company profile. This information will be used in the booking system and will help customers find your rental location.
Step 1.
Select the account currency
Go to the registration page: https://beta.ownima.com/signup
Select the currency in which rental deals will be calculated, then click “Continue”.
Important! The account currency cannot be changed later. Select the correct currency from the start.
Step 2.
Set your company location
Select the location of your rental shop on the map. You can use the map search or enter the exact office coordinates.
After checking the location, click “Continue”.
Check the location carefully. Customers will be able to find your company more easily if the address and coordinates are correct.
Step 3.
Enter your contact details
Enter your email address, phone number and password.
The phone number must be entered in international format, starting with “+”. The password must contain at least 10 characters. Then repeat the password in the second field.
A confirmation code will be sent to the email address you provided. Click “Continue”, then enter the code from the email on the next page.
Step 4.
Start filling in your profile
After confirming your email address, click “Fill in my details”. The system will open the company details form.
Step 5.
Complete your business details
Fill in your company profile:
upload the logo, enter business hours, business name, responsible person’s name, address and map coordinates.
It is recommended to use a logo that fits well inside the round profile frame.
Before saving, check all the details and click “Save and continue”.
Use only up-to-date company information. It will be shown in your profile and will help customers contact you.
Done
Registration is complete
Your account has been created and your company profile has been completed.
If you need to edit company details later, open the “Profile” section in the main menu.
You can also change the interface language in the main menu. The following languages are currently available: English, Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, Thai and Vietnamese.
