Fleet Availability Calendar
and Reservation Statuses
The “Timetable” section is a fleet availability calendar for your rental business. It shows active and completed reservations for each vehicle in your fleet, including cars, motorbikes, scooters and other vehicle types.
Note: the screenshots in this guide are shown in English. The interface is available in the following languages: Russian, English, Thai, Portuguese, Spanish, Indonesian and Vietnamese.
Step 1.
Open the “Timetable” section
To open the fleet availability calendar, tap “Timetable” in the bottom menu of the app.
The timetable helps you quickly understand which vehicles are available, which vehicles are already booked, which vehicles are currently rented out and which reservations require attention.
This section is useful for daily rental office work: checking availability, planning vehicle handovers, controlling returns and monitoring overall fleet occupancy.

Step 2.
Read the availability calendar
The timetable shows vehicle occupancy on a calendar grid.
Each row represents one vehicle: a car, motorbike, scooter or another vehicle from your fleet.
Reservations are shown as colored horizontal blocks on the calendar. The length of each block shows the rental period from the pick-up date to the return date.
Longer reservation blocks show the reservation number. On short reservations, the number may not fit inside the block.
To view reservation details, tap the required reservation block in the calendar.
If you need to expand or hide the vehicle license plate number, tap the icon in the top right corner of the screen.
Step 3.
Understand reservation colors
Different colors in the timetable are used for different reservation statuses. This helps you quickly understand the situation without opening each reservation.
- Green — the vehicle has been handed over to the renter and is currently in rental.
- Purple — the reservation is confirmed, but the vehicle has not been handed over to the customer yet.
- Red — the renter is overdue with the vehicle return. This reservation requires attention.
- Gray — the reservation has been completed and the vehicle has been returned.
Note: new incoming reservation requests are not shown in the timetable until they are confirmed. To view and process new requests, open the “Reservations” section and go to the “Pending” tab.
